These terms govern the use of sovalatam.com, operated by Sova ("Sova Digital"). We provide our services entirely remotely to clients in several countries. By browsing the site or contacting us through it, you accept these conditions.
1. Use of the site
The site is provided for informational and commercial contact purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to take actions that affect its operation, security or availability.
2. Services and quotes
Information about our services is indicative. The scope, timelines and prices of any service are defined exclusively in a written proposal or contract agreed between Sova Digital and the client. Submitting a form does not constitute a contract nor oblige Sova Digital to provide a service.
3. Intellectual property
The Sova brand, the site, its design, text, logos and content are the property of Sova or are used with authorization. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks and client logos belong to their respective owners.
4. Third-party links and services
The site may contain links to, or integrate, third-party services (for example, Google or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or the policies of those third parties.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Sova Digital does not warrant that the site will be free of errors or interruptions, nor will it be liable for damages arising from its use or from the inability to use it.
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Sova Digital’s registered domicile, which is stated in the proposal or contract signed with each client. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that domicile, unless a mandatory rule in the client’s country of residence provides otherwise.
