Privacy policy

This policy describes how Sova ("Sova Digital", "we") handles the personal data of people who visit sovalatam.com or get in touch with us. We apply the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as our minimum standard, since it is the most demanding of the frameworks that reach us, and we additionally respect the data protection rules in force in each person’s country of residence.
1. Data controller
Sova Digital. We operate entirely remotely, with no in-person service, and we serve clients in several countries. For any question about your personal data you can write to contacto@sovalatam.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you give us voluntarily, plus what is generated as you browse:
- Contact details you enter in our forms: name, email, phone, company and the message you write.
- Browsing data: pages visited, device, browser and usage data, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see section 5).
3. What we use your data for
- Answering your enquiries and preparing quotes or proposals.
- Contacting you through the channel you indicate (email, phone or WhatsApp).
- Improving the site and measuring our campaign performance, only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies.
We do not use your data for purposes other than those stated here without your consent.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that let us operate, under their own privacy policies:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — site hosting and transactional email delivery (Amazon SES).
- Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, for analytics and advertising (only with your consent).
5. Cookies and consent
We use essential cookies for the site to work, plus analytics and marketing cookies that only activate if you accept them in the cookie notice. We implement Google Consent Mode v2: by default, analytics and advertising cookies are denied until you give your consent. You can change your decision by clearing your browser cookies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to request its portability. To exercise them, write to contacto@sovalatam.com and we will respond within the legal timeframes.
7. Retention and security
We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purposes described, or while a commercial relationship exists. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this document.
